　　1. Foreign governments (international organizations) organize local enterprises to the exhibition. Each delegation shall send a registration form to China Hi-Tech transfer Center. 

　　2. The Center will confirm in writing with the delegation. 

　　3. Enterprises will exhibit as a delegation. 

　　4. Decorate the booth, exhibit and leave as required.

　　B. Investors and intermediates  

　　1. Complete the Registration Form for Investors, Intermediates, and Start-up Enterprises, and the Form for CHTF Journal. Send them to the Center. 

　　2. The Center will confirm the registration in writing. 

　　3. Pay the booth fee at the time required.

　　4. Decorate the booth, exhibit and leave as required.

　　C. Specialized show

　　1.Exhibitors complete and send the Application for Exhibition to the Center.

　　2.The Center will confirm the application, notify the exhibitor in writing and sign the contract.

　　3. Exhibitors shall pay the booth fee at the time required in the contract. 

　　4. Exhibitors shall decorate the booth, exhibit and leave at the time required.
