The first business match was held in CHTF 2000. In the past 8 years, thousands of enterprises have come to find opportunities in the matches. From 2001, business matches began to tours in Beijing, Wuhan, Qingdao, Haerbin, Chengdu, Nanning, Austria, and Spain to promote the technological cooperation and trade in those cities and countries.
I.  Time:  October 12-17, 2008

II.  Venue: Hall 8, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center

III.  Activities:
Investors remain seated while project owners move around to find desirable investors. 
Investors can choose to come or not to come the business match:　
Investor to the exhibition: Standard booth 3m×3m, 7,200 RMB each (including the fascia board, shelves, two spot lights, carpet, two chairs, one desk, and one socket). All the investors participating in the exhibition can come to the match and receive project owners in their booths. 

Investor not in the exhibition: Free talk seats will be provided to such investors. The host will set a schedule for investors to use the free seats. The investor shall talk with desirable project owner at the designated time. 
　
The following services will be provided to match participants: 
１.  Projects will be published on the CHTF website for investors to select. Investors shall send back the Feedback to Business Match Intention before September 15. 
２.  A schedule will be created according to the selection, and notify project owners to come to the designated place at the designated time.
IV. Desirable participants: 
Project owner: Enterprises or individuals holding hi-tech projects and looking for finance, transfer, or cooperation, especially SMEs and private technology enterprises. Projects can be ownership of research results, right to use, and dealership, etc.
 Investor: Institutes and enterprises that intend to invest in hi-tech projects or desire to cooperate in such projects. 
V. How to participate: 
Project owner: Fill up the Registration Form for Business Match and the Project Registration (Can be downloaded and submitted on the CHTF website). Prepare feasibility reports or business plans, documents about legal and technical matters.
Investor: Fill up the Registration Form for Investors, Intermediates, and Start-up Enterprises. Investors who attend the business match only please complete the Registration Form for Business Match. Send the form to the exhibition center. Investors for the business match please send the Feedback to Business Match Intention to the exhibition center before September 15.

To be noticed: 
Registration deadline for project owners: August 31, 2008
Registration deadline for investors: September 15, 2008
Investors will not charge project owners for the business match, but travel and accommodation are on their own expenses.
