It is a great honor for me personally and the Vietnamese delegation to be here today at the Ministerial Forum on the occasion of the 12th China Hi-Tech Fair held in Shenzhen under the theme “Development of New Emerging Industries and the International Cooperation”.We see this a significant forum for Viet Nam, and hence, a good opportunity for us to have access to and exchange information on technology in new industries and green technology which are of Viet Nam’s interest such as new energy, new materials, biotechnology, energy saving, environmental protection and so forth.

------Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, vice Minister of Industry and trade of Vietnam

It’s the first time for me to come to the beautiful city Shenzhen to attend China Hi-Tech Forum. I’d like to extend my best wishes to you here. In addition, I hope that, AIPO could keep developing, China could be thriving and powerful for ever, and our cooperation in politics, economy and trade could develop constantly.

------Mr.Paulin EDOU EDOU,Director General of African Intellectual Property Organization

I am very glad to be invited here to attend the China Hi-Tech Forum 2010. Having developed for 12 years, China High-tech Fair is symbolic. It is much honored that Tencent and China High-tech Fair were born in the same year. This November 11 will be the 12th anniversary of Tencent, or a transmigration of Tencent in 12 years. Some say that this year is Tencent’s own Chinese zodiac year. As we may have seen, it is also a good chance to review the industry, the problems met by Tencent in its development, and possible opportunities in the future.

------Ma Huateng, Chairman of the board of directors and President of Tencent Company
