Cradle for transfer of technological achievements and platform for engagement between technologies and capitals
Transactions of Hi-tech Achievements aims at delegations from domestic and foreign governments (international organization), institutions and the famous domestic universities/colleges, combines various forces from the government, the industries, the universities, the research institutes, the investors and the intermediaries and provides multi-layer services and omni-directional resources for the display, transaction and transfer of technological achievements. It is the most central part of the CHTF.
It includes five sections:
l National Hi-tech Innovation Achievement Show
A collective display of the development and achievements of the hi-tech sector in China, NHTIAS is organized by ministries/State Council Commissions and the organizers of the CHTF for the display, promotion and negotiation of projects. It is to focus on the most cutting edge results. (Halls 4, 6 and 7)

II International Group Stand Area
Such regions as Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan and the foreign governments (international organizations) will organize delegations of hi-tech enterprises and projects for exhibition, transaction and discussion. It is an important platform for international technical trade and import of foreign hi-tech products and equipments. (Hall 9)

lII Hi-tech Innovation Achievement Show
Chinese provinces, municipalities and some cities will organize local hi-tech enterprises and innovative achievements for displays, transactions and negotiations. It will create good chances for the transactions of technical achievements, scientific cooperation and merchant attraction for projects for all places of China. (Hall 9)

V Transaction Discussion Zone
Startups’ Show
Set for those hi-tech enterprises in their startup or expansion stages for their display and pursuit for fund and cooperation. It is required that the technologies or products exhibited must conform to the national industrial policies and have clearly identified property rights. Special zones have been set for those enterprise listed in the growth enterprise market or to be listed. (Hall 8)

Investors’ Show (IS) and Intermediary Institutions’ Show
Set for those enterprises and institutions both at home and abroad (investment institutions for startup, professional investment institutions, listed companies and industrial companies etc), and those that have demand for technical projects, as well as professional institutions (including financial, securities, insurance, law, accounting, patent, appraisal, tax and guarantee institutions etc) that provide the intermediary services for pushing up the transfer of hi-tech achievements, to participate in the transfer of technology and seek project opportunities. Hi-tech Project Matching Negotiation (HTPMN)
A free support event for the commercialization of hi-tech achievements, as well as one of the feature events of the CHTF; HTPMN provides both parties of hi-tech achievement transactions with the platform for site negotiation. Through a series of procedures, including registration, screening and recommendation, it provides project holders and investors with the opportunity for face-to-face negotiation. (Hall 8)
