On March19 2009, Mr. MISSIR, Belgian vice-consul in Shanghai and Mr. Baudouin Snel, China Chief Representative of the Brussels Enterprise Agency China Promotion Office visited the China Hi-Tech Fair, where they were received by Mr. Kang Yongkui, vice-manager, and correlative staffs of Hi-tech transfer center. In a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, they discussed matters concerning Belgium's participation in this year’s CHTF and reached corporation agreement.

The Belgian side expressed clearly their intention to send a delegation to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2009, for the purpose of promoting the investment environment of Brussels and "European Network" resource. They also planned to hold a seminar during the fair this year, when they would help the Chinese side to invite high officials of European Exchanges to attend Capital Market Forum.

Besides, the Belgian side planned to arrange their enterprises to participate in Seminar on Sino-Germany Hi-Tech Collaboration in May, and a delegation will visit Shenzhen in June to discuss further about the cooperation of attending China Hi-Tech Fair 2009.
