Mr. Fatmir Xheladini, the Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia, paid a visit to China Hi-Tech Fair in April, 2009, aiming at seeking for potential cooperation with the CHTF. Mr. Kang Yongkui, Deputy Director General of the China Hi-Tech Transfer Center held talks with distinguished guest.

　　At the meeting, Mr. Kang Yongkui first extended warm welcome to the Ambassador’s visit, and introduced the development of the China Hi-tech Fair (CHTF) as well as the Seminar on Sino-Foreign Hi-tech collaboration. Mr. Kang sincerely welcomed Mr. Fatmir Xheladini to organize Macedonian enterprises to participate in the CHTF 2009 which is to be held from November 16 to 21

　　Mr. Fatmir Xheladini appreciated the invitation and indicated that he would do his endeavor to organize enterprises to participate the CHTF2009 and invite Macedonia’s ministerial officials to attend the Ministerial Forum. Mr.Fatmir Xheladini also showed his great interest in the Seminar on Sino-Foreign Hi-Tech collaboration, which was an important activity that the CHTF held abroad

　　Mr. Fatmir Xheladini said, there was immense space for the cooperation between Macedonia and the CHTF, as Macedonia was now a candidate country to join in the European Union, he hoped to strengthen communication and cooperation between the two countries’s enterprises to prompt mutual knowledge and trade growth by the platform and opportunities provided by the CHTF.
