Seminar on Sino-German Hi-tech collaboration

　　--Nuremberg: we are determined to grasp the chance of the CHTF

　　During May 11-12, 2009, Seminar on Sino-German Hi-tech collaboration  was held in Nuremberg, Germany and attracted more than 200 domestic and foreign representatives in total. Mr. Gao Guohui, deputy secretary-general of CHTF Organizing Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Government, and Mr. Li Zhen, deputy director of Office of CHTF Organizing Committee, introduced the general information of the CHTF 2009 and the measures taken by Shenzhen to be against the economic crisis and invited the German people from all walk of life to participate the CHTF 2009.

　　Mr. Ford, first deputy mayor of Nuremberg stated that the German enterprises are attaching more and more importance to Chinese market under the current impact of economic crisis. The CHTF is the first choice for the German scientific and technological enterprises to develop the Chinese market. He said that Nuremberg will organize groups independently this year and send some high-level delegations composed of many famous scientific and technological enterprises to take part in the CHTF. He also said that CHTF held in Shenzhen is globally reputable, and, from it, they can not only find the first-class suppliers & customers and commercial opportunities but also make some friends. He said that they are determined to grasp this chance in the economic crisis.

　　Seminar on Sino-German Hi-tech collaboration aroused great responses in Nuremberg and has attracted persons-in-charge of many famous enterprises to specifically take part in it. Chairman of the board of ID Company, a famous industrial design enterprise, said that they find cooperative partners in the CHTF and will set up branches in Shenzhen. This year, they will take part in the CHTF in a bigger scale. He also demonstrated that CHTF is a window. Through it, they can know about the up-to-date information in scientific and technological industry meanwhile they can also contact the manufacturers and end-users of the scientific & technological products.

　　Seminar Sino- German Hi-tech collaboration 2009 is meaningful for friendship between China and Germany and also is of great importance to promotion of cooperation & exchanges and attraction of more German enterprises to the CHTF.
