On June 29th, the domestic group organization conference for CHTF 2010 was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. More than 120 representatives from the CHTF 2010 hosts as well as the provincial, municipal, university and college delegations got together to jointly push forward the all-round kickoff of domestic group organization for CHTF 2010 and the leaders from Department of Mechanic, Electronic and Hi-tech Industry, Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government etc. attended it. The relevant leaders of China Hi-tech Transfer Center  introduced the overview of CHTF 2010, its preparation progress, division of its exhibition areas and the relevant issues that need the assistance from the delegation-organizing units.

　　Taking “Technology-led Transition and Innovation-driven Development” as the theme, the following characteristics different from the previous are embodied in CHTF 2010:

　　Firstly, it will exhibit, in a concentrated mode, the scientific and technological achievements made during the 11th Five-year Plan as well as the great achievements made by the sciences and technologies for acceleration of economic development and improvement of people’s livelihood.

　　Secondly, it will exhibit, in an emphatic mode, the important development achievements in the strategic emerging industries such as new energies, energy saving and environment protection, biological technologies, Internet and new materials etc. Of them, the low carbon development will become a highlight.

　　Thirdly, it will build it, in great efforts, into a state-level high-end authoritative information release platform.

　　Fourthly, it will become more and more internationalized and its professional services will be more detailed.
