In order to widen the service fields of this Hi-tech Fair and raise the service standard and quality, the Committee of this CIHF has invited (Beijing) King & Capital Law Firm Shenzhen Office to form “legal service group” with its high level lawyers with experienced international business ability, to provide liable legal service in all fields to clients in and out side China.
• Contents of the Legal Service:
• Onsite legal consultation to clients in and out of China
• Choose and send right lawyers for the clients on this exhibition to provide legal services on investigation of investment environment, project negotiation, legal paper writing, agreement signing and legal witness, etc.
• Accepting the clients' assignment to help with company registration of local, foreign and joint venture enterprises, merger and acquisition, share transference, going on public in and outside China, etc.
• Legal service on trademark and patent application, registration, license and transfer.
• Assigning project lawyers for special project clients to provide process follow up service, ranging from project investigation, negotiation, agreement signing, etc to the complementation of the detailed operation of the project.
