The 27th CHTF Project Roadshow

The China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) is currently the largest and most influential technology exhibition in China, as well as a globally recognized branded event. It plays a significant role in promoting the integration of technology, industry, and finance. The 27th CHTF will cover an exhibition area of approximately 400,000 square meters, with over 5,000 renowned enterprises and international organizations from more than 100 countries and regions expected to participate, attracting an estimated 500,000 attendees.

Through a series of events such as project matchmaking exchanges, roadshows, achievement promotion conferences, and specialized technology forums, CHTF helps address the development challenges of various technology enterprises. It provides a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase, share, and exchange ideas while offering all participants access to valuable information and diverse business opportunities.

The 27th CHTF has planned multiple concurrent forum events. It will host over 100 high-level forums and more than 60 city roadshows, including the 8th BTE Biotechnology Conference, the Urban Development Forum, as well as exciting activities such as the opening ceremony, main forum, technical seminars, project signing ceremonies, new product and technology launches, project financing conferences, and corporate salons, etc.

One-Stop Project Roadshow Services at CHTF

The Project Financing Roadshow is a specialized investment event co-organized by the CHTF Organizing Committee and the Shenzhen Investment Association. It provides exhibitors with financing needs a platform to pitch, interact, and connect directly with numerous investment institutions. This event serves as a bridge for efficient face-to-face communication and rapid matchmaking between project owners and investors.

Venue Services:

1.On-site roadshow venue (130/270 sqm) accommodating 80-100 attendees;

2.Backdrop/LED screen and laptop presentation support;

3.Lighting, audio, and microphone technical assistance;

4.Seating arrangement for the audience.

Roadshow Duration & Participation:

1.15–20 minutes per session;

2.Time slots: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:30 PM–4:30 PM;

3.Up to 5 participants per roadshow team.

Cooperation Model: Paid service

Pricing: 1.Roadshow fees are included in the premium exhibitor package;

               2.Standalone rate: CNY 6,000 or CNY10,000 per session.
