Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition

The rapid development of the IoT has contributed to a significant increase in demands for sensors. Huawei said that, it now expects a total of 100 billion connections by 2025, with 2 million sensors deployed every hour. According to BBC Research, the global market for sensors reached 101.9 billion US dollars in 2015, and is expected to reach 190.6 billion US dollars by 2021, a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.0% for the period 2016-2021. In this light, a broad market awaits. Recent years have seen rapid, stable growth in the domestic market for sensors. The market reached 120 billion yuan in 2015, and will hit 180 billion yuan in 2020, a compound annual growth rate of 9.5%, as estimated by CIConsulting.

With the Internet of everything, new intelligent sensors are in great demand to realize multiple functions of a smart city. Compared with traditional sensors, MEMS gives an edge in dimension, performance and intelligence, and will set the trend for sensor development. A complete sensor industry chain has been in place. In recent years in particular, sensors, as an important component of the IoT, has been put to a remarkable level, giving birth to a development boom.

The CHTF 2017 - Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition will also stage the First Sensor Summit of China where Shenzhen Community of IoT Innovation will join hands with enterprises and organizations throughout the chain to build a sound ecosystem and environment for growth.
