The area is for the exhibitions of start-up enterprises, individual-sponsored innovations, investors and intermediary agencies, exhibition on the second-board market, hi-tech project negotiations as well as project promotion events. Presence of venture capitalists and intermediary agencies are bound to promote the growth of hi-tech start-ups.
Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition
The rapid development of the IoT has contributed to a significant increase in demands for sensors. Huawei said that, it now expects a total of 100 billion connections by 2025, with 2 million sensors deployed every hour. According to BBC Research, the global market for sensors reached 101.9 billion US dollars in 2015, and is expected to reach 190.6 billion US dollars by 2021, a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.0% for the period 2016-2021. In this light, a broad market awaits. Recent years have seen rapid, stable growth in the domestic market for sensors. The market reached 120 billion yuan in 2015, and will hit 180 billion yuan in 2020, a compound annual growth rate of 9.5%, as estimated by CIConsulting.
With the Internet of everything, new intelligent sensors are in great demand to realize multiple functions of a smart city. Compared with traditional sensors, MEMS gives an edge in dimension, performance and intelligence, and will set the trend for sensor development. A complete sensor industry chain has been in place. In recent years in particular, sensors, as an important component of the IoT, has been put to a remarkable level, giving birth to a development boom.
The CHTF 2017 - Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition will also stage the First Sensor Summit of China where Shenzhen Community of IoT Innovation will join hands with enterprises and organizations throughout the chain to build a sound ecosystem and environment for growth.
Investment & Consulting Services Exhibition
Expanded from the original Investment Intermediary Services Exhibition, the Investment & Consulting Services Exhibition covers the following exhibitors: institutional investors, business entities and NGOs which have the willingness or necessity to invest in hi-tech projects through various modes of cooperation; enterprises and organizations which engage in technology brokerage and patent agency; agencies which provide services like consultation, evaluation, recommendation, financing and guarantee for hi-tech commercialization, and which provide professional consultation services to enterprises headed for domestic or overseas capital market; and enterprises and organizations which offer relevant services concerning intellectual property, inspection and electronic commerce.
Sponsored by the Organizing Committee Office of CHTF, and undertook by Maker Institute of CAS and China Hi-Tech Transfer Center, the exhibition is customized based on the model of Maker Institute for maker incubation and support -- "Incubation, Innovation, Prototype, Commercialization". This professional exhibition arranges elements at different levels such as space, capital, innovation, product, education and industrialization in six parts, and generates unlimited possibilities with the flow of projects, technologies, innovation and capital.
In the principle of "talent, innovation, openness and sharing", the High-Tech Talent & Intelligence Exchange seeks to drive development by innovation, quality and talents. With a wider vision, the Shenzhen-based meeting will enhance its role in multiple fields and improve the brand image, upgrading itself to a national, quality event with more vigour and benefits.
