In order to meet the needs of international exhibitors who were unable to participate in the exhibition, the 22nd China Hi-tech Fair adopted a mode of online and offline integration, allowing exhibitors to conduct online display, promotion and negotiation.

The Remote Exhibition Center at this year’s fair is a special area of the international pavilion. Multiple sets of high-definition display equipment have been set up with customized software, and continuously rotate and broadcast online exhibitors' special films.

Two exclusive QR codes are shown on the screen while playing the promotional videos of online exhibitors. One is to browse the current exhibitor’s company introduction and product display, and directly initiate instant messaging for text interaction; the other is to send messages to exhibitors, and launch further invitations for negotiation.

Online exhibition website has been established to showcase exhibitor information and exhibit details for domestic and foreign audiences.

Audience can have real-time conversations with online exhibitors on the spot through the connection function of the customized software, and can complete real-time remote conversations through the high-definition screen. "Cloud negotiation" provides online communication tools for remote negotiation between exhibitors and professional visitors, project parties and investors, effectively promoting communication and cooperation.

The most popular "cloud promotion" provides exhibitors with the opportunity to recommend projects to the audience. Through the customized video conference function, online exhibitors can make remote speeches, share scientific and technological achievements, release investment needs, and immediately accept questions. To date, 18 remote promotion sessions have been held.
