Hi-tech salons see new ideas

The "Hi, Tech!" salon series that was carried out during the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) on Nov 16-18 saw plenty of new ideas, with 26 keynote speeches focused on five major themes.
 
Dai Jin, South China sales manager of Shenzhen Han's Robot, shared the application status and development trend of collaborative robots at the salons. Dai also shared the company's latest application cases for collaborative robots. 
 
Zheng Lei, head of intelligent manufacturing at the Ricoh China Research Institute, showcased the institute's practice in combining the production and the research of artificial intelligence, which can help with the new generation of high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing.
 
Chen Min, general manager of Sunwoda Electronic's R&D Center, showed attendees how to use new energy technologies to bring more efficient solutions to the industrial manufacturing and energy industries. 
 
Lai Tao, South China program director of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence (Qingdao), introduced the company's quality control and improvement techniques in the aerospace field at the salon, while Shenzhen Tianmengying Technology's founder Wang Hong showcased the company’s UAV applications in the low-altitude logistics field.
 
PowerLeader's Vice President Huang Wenjie shared the company's high-performance computing and data analysis technologies and solutions. Li Weili, general manager of Foshan Nanling Electric Appliance, showed attendees the research and application of digital twin technology.
