I. Exhibition Profile
Promoting military-civilian integrated development is a consistent guideline in the party's leadership for China's national defense construction and economic development. It was proposed at the 18th National Party Congress that China should embark on a road of military-civilian integrated development with Chinese characteristics; the third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made promoting integrated military and civilian development one of the three major tasks for deepening national defense and military reform, as part of China's national strategy of deepening overall reform. The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that China should promote the integrated development of economic construction and national defense construction, and adhere to a balance between development and security, and the unification of a wealthy nation and a strong army by implementing the strategy of integrated military and civilian strategy. That's how China will form a development pattern of intensive military-civilian integration featuring full element, multiple field and high efficiency. The Exhibition for the Civil Application of Military Technology is held at China Hi-Tech Fair 2017 for a number of purposes: to build a platform of communication and exchange on military-civilian integration; to bring together competent private enterprises to show their technologies and products; to promote in-depth cooperation in the military-civilian integration industry; and to grasp opportunities created in military-civilian integration.

III. Location: Hall 9, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center
IV. Exhibits: Civilian-military-integration and military-into-civilian technological achievements and products, covering military electronics, information security, aerospace and astronautics, electromechanical equipment, new material, nuclear technologies, and application.
V. Others: CHTF will also hold Military-Civilian Integration Forum and a number of matchmaking and negotiation conferences for the military forces, colleges, and institutes.
VI. Booth Decoration Requirements
To ensure a uniform appearance, Shenzhen Special Technology and Equipment Association will undertake the decoration and arrangements for all halls, as well as booth division.
All technology products that members, enterprises and secret companies intend to market to the military force should focus on practical application, and these products shall not be kept secret. The Secretariat will select the best exhibits.
To create uniform exhibitor image, all exhibitors provide only products, and all publicity material will be made by the Association, including exhibition display board and brochure. Exhibitors should provide text file (A4) and photos describing their exhibits based on their booth area. Please timely submit the electronic version to the Secretariat timely after application. The Association will invite military institutions, defense industry enterprise, and military representatives of all arms to the exhibition.
1. Rent fee for a standard booth is 3,000 yuan/m2 (covering fees for overall decoration, site use, exhibit arrangement, shared area, and propaganda).
2. Part of booth area less than 1m2 should be counted as 1m2. Actual expense depends on the booth area confirmed by the company or organization. (At least 5m2 for a booth)
