Over 60 distinguished guests including the Noble Prize winners, academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and senior officials from technology giants will deliver speeches at four hi-tech forums during the China Hi-Tech Fair 2018.
The forums will be held from Nov 14 to 16 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and will offer a comprehensive interpretation of heated topics including the new scientific and technological revolution and the trend of global industrial transformation, China's scientific and technological innovation, international scientific and technological cooperation, artificial intelligence, quantum communication, brain science and brain-like intelligence, 5G era and automatic driving.
On July 10, the Global Innovation Index 2018 was released by Cornell University and the World Intellectual Property Organization, providing detailed metrics regarding the innovation performance of 126 countries and economies around the world. In the report, China ranked 17th, signifying the shift in focus of technological innovation in China from quantity to quality. The forums at China Hi-Tech Fair 2018 will act as great platforms to showcase China’s innovation achievements.
