Shenzhen to host 22nd CHTF in November

The 22nd China High-tech Fair (CHTF) will take place from Nov 11-15 at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, Guangdong province with the theme of "Technology Changes Life, Innovation Drives Development." 

  

This year's CHTF will display advanced products and technologies in high-tech frontier fields, such as the new generation of information technology, energy saving and environmental protection, photoelectric display, smart medical care, smart cities, advanced manufacturing, as well as aerospace. 

  

Information technology like 5G and VR will be used to provide remote participation services for exhibitors and visitors that cannot be present on site.  

  

This year's CHTF will focus on showcasing achievements in major national science and technology projects, basic research, cutting-edge technology, people's livelihood technology, as well as traditional industry transformation and upgrading since the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020). 

  

It will also gather innovative resources, as well as use a variety of methods and forms to build a platform for policy discussions and academic exchanges, promote cooperation opportunities between the government, enterprises, and scientific research, as well as provide a panoramic service platform for technological innovation. 

  

Industries like biomedicine, smart healthcare, medical diagnosis, online education, remote offices, and new retail, as well as new business formats like 5G, smart economy, smart sensors, mobile payments, digital economy, blockchain, and shared manufacturing that have played important roles during the fight against COVID-19 will be displayed. 

  

In addition, 5G application hotspots and trends will be displayed, while supporting conferences and salon activities on 5G commercial applications will be held. 

  

At present, delegations from provinces and cities, colleges and universities, as well as famous companies from all over the world are signing up for the exhibition. In addition, pavilions from Argentina, Denmark, Greece, Sweden, and other countries will exhibit online, while Austria, Bahrain, Chile, Croatia, Iran, Latvia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Japan and other countries have expressed their intention to participate in the exhibition.
